Can I add or remove items from my order?

No. Each order is processed automatically and once confirmed, its details cannot be modified. To purchase new items, you need to place a new order; to return items, please follow our Return Policy.

How do promocodes work?

With Juventus Store promotional codes, you can access exclusive promotions and initiatives. To receive promo codes, subscribe to our Newsletter. To use a promotion, enter the code in the appropriate field at checkout and click "APPLY." Only one promotional code can be applied to each order. If the code is not valid, check the validity dates and any terms and conditions in the received newsletter.

What is the Juventus Member "Black and White" and Member "J1897" discount?

Users with an active Juventus Membership are entitled to a personal 10% discount on their purchases.

How can I use the Juventus Member discount?

To use the discount, the Member must log in to the Store using the same credentials used to register for the Membership.

How is the 10% discount applied?

The 10% discount is applied directly to the final cart during the checkout process.

Can I change the name or surname in the shipping address for my order if I have a personal discount?

No, you cannot change the name or surname in the shipping address. The reason is that the discount you received is personal. This means it is specifically for you and cannot be transferred to someone else. Therefore, the name and surname on the shipping address must match the name and surname of the person who received the discount.

Can I use other promotional vouchers together with the Member discount?

Some promotional vouchers may not be combinable with Member discounts. Please check the terms and conditions of each voucher for more details.

Is the Member discount valid on all products in the store?

No, the Member discount is only valid on full-priced products. Always check the terms and conditions of each active promotion.

What payment methods are available?

Purchases made on Juventus Store can be paid using the following payment methods:
  • Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Carta Sì, or Postepay circuits.)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay

  • Alipay
  • Satispay
  • Bancontact (only for Belgium).
  • EPS (only for Spain)
  • iDEAL (only for Netherlands).
  • Scalapay (If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment)
  • Klarna (with a minimum spending of 35€ and a maximum spending of 1,500€)

Will the amount be charged in my local currency?

No, the amount will be charged in Euros. The display of prices in foreign currencies is purely indicative. We show prices in your local currency for your convenience, but the actual charge will always be in Euros. The conversion shown is based on the most recent exchange rate available and may vary slightly at the time of charging.

What are the shipping times?

Italy: Delivery is made within 24-48 hours, starting 24 hours from the order registration date.

Abroad: In Europe, delivery is made within 48-72 hours, starting 24 hours from the order registration date. In non-European countries, delivery is made within 3 or more working days, starting 24 hours from the order registration date.

Personalized products require slightly longer times: please allow an additional 1-2 days if your order includes such items.

Delivery delays may be caused by temporary unavailability of products, courier service disruptions, force majeure, or holidays.

What are the shipping cost?

Abroad
The shipping cost depends on the destination country. The customer will be able to view the shipping cost online at the end of the order, before confirming it. Additionally, the shipping cost will be visible after adding a product to the cart, in the checkout preview.

What is the return procedure?

If you are a registered user:
  • Log in with your email and password.
  • Access your account, and find your order in "ORDER HISTORY."
  • Access the order summary.
  • Click on the "MAKE A RETURN" button.
If you are NOT a registered user:
  • Directly access the returns portal.
  • Enter your postal code and order number (in full) or tracking code; you can find both in the order confirmation.
  • Select the products to be returned.
  • Fill out the return form, indicating the reason and request a refund (it will be processed using the same method you used for purchase).
  • Select your preferred collection point.
  • Confirm the summary and take the provided label to the collection point.
You will receive a confirmation email and can track the location of the returning package at any time. Upon receipt of the product, our team will carry out the necessary checks and, if everything conforms to what was declared, the refund will be processed through the same method used during purchase, excluding the shipping costs incurred.

Can I return a personalized item?

No, it is not possible to return a personalized item.

I purchased a gift card, how can I use it?

  • Add the products you want to purchase to the cart.
  • On the cart page or before completing the order, enter the code you received via email in the "GIFT CARD" field.
  • Complete the purchase. If the Gift Card amount does not fully cover the order total, the difference must be paid via credit card, PayPal, or another payment method.
  • You can check the balance of your Gift Card on your account page within the Gift Card section, or on the cart page.
  • Your Gift Card can be used across multiple purchases.
