        Shipping and Delivery Times

        PRE-ORDER: When purchasing a pre-order product, always check the shipping date on the product page itself. If you include a pre-order product in your order, the entire package will leave on the date indicated for the pre-order product. There are no multiple shipments for one order.

        SEASONAL PEAKS: On particular moments of the Season, such as around important finals or when new match jerseys are revealed, dispatch may suffer a slight delay, usually up to 3 days.

        GENERAL INFORMATION:

        OUR COURIERS

        The delivery of ordered articles is carried out by the following couriers:

        UPS – international deliveries
        BRT – in Italy

        An online tracking service is available from both couriers.

        BRT courier delivers Monday through Friday. Delivery times are subject to change, both in the morning and in the afternoon. The courier does not inform the recipient about specific delivery days or times. Therefore, such a service cannot be requested. If the customer is absent upon delivery, the courier will leave a note at the point of delivery notifying that the package is waiting to be delivered. The courier will make two delivery attempts: if unsuccessful, the customer will be contacted. So, it is very important to indicate a right phone number (home or mobile) to make the delivery easy. Then, it is important to indicate a delivery address where someone can collect the parcel and to specify the doorbell name. Juventus will not be responsible for possible inefficiencies connected to the courier service.
        The Smart Alert service is available: it informs the customer through sms and/or e-mail about the shipping status. The service works automatically if the mobile and/or e-mail address fields are rightly filled in, during the order procedure.

If the customer is absent upon delivery, the courier will leave a note at the point of delivery notifying that the package is waiting to be delivered. The courier will make two delivery attempts: if unsuccessful, the customer will be contacted. Therefore, it is very important that the phone number provided - home or mobile – is correct, so that communications are quick and setbacks can be solved efficiently.
        The courier informs the customer through e-mail about the shipping status. The service works automatically if the e-mail address field is rightly filled in, during the order procedure. We reccomend you not to enter a PO BOX in the address field, because of the courier will not fulfil the delivery. In case of deliveries to receptions (with the reclaim signature by the receptionist), Juventus will not be responsible if the package will not reach the recipient finally. 

        SHIPPING COSTS:

        ABROAD
        Shipping costs depend on the destination Country and on the weight/volume of the package. The customer will be able to see the total amount to be paid before confirming the order.

        DELIVERY TIMES:

        ABROAD 

        The packaging process will begin 24 hours after the order has been registered. From that moment on, delivery is usually carried out abroad within the following 48-72 hours in Europe and within 3 or more working days in no-EU countries.

        Average delivery time to U.S.A. is usually 48 hours. 

        Possible delays in the delivery may be caused by working matters of the courier service (Juventus will not be responsible), because the articles ordered are temporarily out of stock or because of force majeure reasons. If this were to be the case, once 8 working days have elapsed (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact our customer care service at store-support@juventus.com or call +39 011 0435010. Delivery times could be delayed in case of festivities.

        ITALY 

        The packaging process will begin 24 hours after the order has been registered. From that moment on, delivery is usually carried out in Italy within the following 24-48 hours. Possible delays in the delivery may be caused by working matters of the courier service (Juventus will not be responsible), because the articles ordered are temporarily out of stock or because of force majeure reasons. Delivery times could be delayed in case of festivities.

        PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATIONS: If your order includes one or more customized products, please consider approximately extra 24 hours for delivery. 

        IMPORTANT NOTE: On particular moments of the Season, such as around important finals or when new match jerseys are revealed, dispatch may suffer a slight delay, usually up to 3 days.  

        PRE-ORDERS:
        Pre-orders are specials sales of items not yet available in our warehouse for immediate dispatch. Pre-orders are always highlighted as such in the product page, and the estimated dispatch date is also stated. 
        Please be aware that if you include a pre-ordered product in your purchase, the whole order will leave our warehouse only when all goods are available. 
        CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES:

        For shipment towards non-EU countries, goods are subject to customs clearance and possible taxes. Any additional tax necessary to import the goods through customs will be paid in full by the recipient. Duties and taxes may differ from Country to Country and are charged when the goods reach their destination.
